About the Perry Hall Library

News Release: New Perry Hall Library: Twice As Nice [PDF]

The Perry Hall Library provides recreational reading, information service, Internet access and programs for community residents. Opened in 1963 as a result of the work of the Northeastern Library Association, the Perry Hall Library continues to be the focus of community support.

The new 25,000-square-foot building on Honeygo Boulevard opened on March 9, 2009. It is double the size of the facility it replaced which was located at 9440 Belair Road. Among the many features of the ADA accessible "green library" are its drive-up window and ample parking, not to mention twice as much material on the shelves and numerous computers.
