Located at 1046 Taylor Avenue, the Loch Raven library provides a browsing collection, which includes everything from best sellers and children's books to magazines, Baby Booster kits, books on CD, music CDs as well as DVDs. We also provide 5 personal PCs which offer Internet access as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. In addition, wireless Internet access is available throughout the library. The library has a Meeting Room available for booking by community groups and businesses.

The library offers a monthly preschool story time for children and caregivers. Each summer, the library's Summer Reading Program encourages children to read all summer. Adult volunteers are a welcome addition to the library staff.

From Towson via the Beltway (I-695), take Exit 29B (Loch Raven Boulevard, Rt. 542 South). Continue for approximately 1 1/2 miles to Taylor Avenue. Turn left (left turn lane provided). Take second entrance to small shopping center on your left. Library parking lot entrance is immediately on your right.
